Since 2000, Hygiene Hospital for Naturopathy & Yoga has been welcoming people seeking a gentler, more natural way to heal. Founded on a simple yet powerful belief, that the body possesses an innate ability to heal itself when given the right environment the hospital began as a modest naturopathy centre rooted in discipline, simplicity, and authentic yogic science.

Under the leadership of Dr. P.A. Kareem, a Government of India – certified Naturopathy Practitioner with over 26 years of clinical service and author of 17 books in naturopathy, the institution steadily grew with a firm commitment to ethical, drug-free healing. Over time, it evolved into a 66-bed, recognized naturopathy hospital, certified under the Kerala Clinical Establishment Act and trusted by patients across regions. To date, more than 25,000 individuals have been treated, many experiencing measurable improvements through structured lifestyle correction and natural therapies. Through decades of hands-on clinical experience, we witnessed individuals reverse metabolic disorders, restore mobility, and regain vitality strengthening our philosophy to treat the cause, not merely the condition.
